  1. Lol Butter. I need to create a weight loss modality! Nice to see another therapist as well.
  2. Knee those"fat balls" you see is actually fascia or connective tissue. And the good news is that massage and particularly the modality Myofascial Release can correct the fascia and make it lay more smoothly. I had a client that did the lipossage a few time and she said it worked but only for a few days did she feel "firmer".
  3. I am a massage therapist and although massage can not make you loose weight it can reduce stress by lowering the cortisol levels in your body. And it is totally worth it to pamper yourself!
  4. You could get a flavor added to it!
  5. I was sleeved May 15. I lost 14lbs on my pre-op. diet. And as of today I have lost 30lbs so far. I'm used to the liquid diet now, but moving on to some full liquids. Great job everyone keep up the great work!

  8. I'm 3 days post op had a lot of nausea and vomiting but got up this morning showered and now I feel a lot better!
