I started at 268 and I was 200 at about 5 months out!!

My nutritionist told me to stop drinking shakes at 4 months out but it really slowed my weightloss to 3 lbs a month!! I started drinking them again I should try this flavor it's really good and I hated Protein Shakes

I cannot believe how different I look from last year :0 wow...... I am -80 pounds 6 months out and I still got 20 to go!! It's funny I'm looking at my costume from last year and I cannot believe my eyes!!!

im really confused why did my baratric dr told me 1200 at the time i saw her i was 267 and im 4'11

Hey, I had my surgery at kaiser south bay by Carson, when I went for my 4 month post op visit with my nutritionist she also increased my calorie intake to 1200 and she said no more Protein shakes. It was hard to stop taking the Protein shakes and meeting my Protein needs and it still is!! Since her suggestion my weight loss has decreased. I am loosing very slowly and I'm considering to start drinking shakes again because that is what was working for me. I am 6 months out 5'9 191.4 start weight was 269

On my 4 month post op visit my nutritionist told me that I should be at 1200 calories and stop drinking shakes, what can I say.... The weightloss has drastically slowed down!! I am 6 months out and I feel like I need to get back on my Protein Shakes and lower my calories, I think it's way too much
