  2. I have lost .5-1 shoe size... Depending on the shoe... But my legs are still too big to fit in a leg style boot... One day!
  3. I want to be able to wear boots like this one day... That go all the way up my leg!

  5. I would love to shop in a regular store... So like large or extra large? Anything smaller than that would be awesome , but I had such a high starting weight I don't want to push it I am now at a 1x top, 24 pant and I was a 5x top and 32 pant. Six months post op, down 130lbs
  6. Wow. That is so messed up! You totally will have time to eat right and go to gym... Even if you don't go to gym you'll find little ways here And there to get more physical exercise in.. Like walking during lunch break, parking further away, Etc. My bmi at time of surgery was 62.4 (I was 5 ft 5 in and 375 pounds). My bmi was never in question.. It was never even brought up that it might be too high... You need to find a different and more supportive doctor, or maybe consider going to Mexico and doing self pay. I hear they are great down there and don't care Bout bmis I wish you the best of luck, and don't give up. You just happened to be stuck with those bad doctors first, but there are many better ones out there!
  7. My arms have always been very flabby... I'm not too concerned with that I really want my stomach to get smaller...

  9. My under arms and inner thighs have loose skin. Have also lost volume in my breasts. My stomach is the last place the weight is coming off... So no loose skin there yet

  12. Typical day... Prob a decaf coffee with skim milk in morning and sweet and low Sometimes a yogurt Snack is a yogurt or cheese stick lunch is some sort of chicken... Either grilled chicken breast or deli meat, and some veggies. Sometimes I'll have a hard boiled egg dinner is chicken or turkey I make mistakes... I have bread an some chips. I've had low fat Ice cream and some chocolate. I just try to be careful. If I am going to mess up... I choose a "better bad" Exercise I try to work out 3 times a week for about 45 minutes. Walking bike...

  15. Had mine out about 5 months post op... The attacks were horrible. Caused by my rapid weight loss
  16. Have you encountered any major stalls? If so, what did you do to overcome them?

  19. I am six months out today. For about the first 4 months I never ate too much or bad stuff but recently I've been hungrier and eating worse stuff. I have also been in a stall.
  20. I shoot for 800 calories and as much protein as I can get
  21. I didn't feel the full effect until I started eating solid foods. Even now I can eat more squishy soft foods and don't feel much restriction... But when I eat solid I do. 6 months out today
