  2. hello i am eating regular food now i think i need to up my Protein intake...never was able to get a Protein shake down after surgery...so i rely on cheese, chicken, and yogurt...some Protein Bars for my protein intake. i can eat something and get the really realy full feeling, and then stop, and then like 30 minutes later, i feel starving again. for example i had about 5 ounces of chicken tonight, and then i felt starving like 30 minutes later. and when i'm starving, i go for the unhealthy stuff...pita chips, saltines. help - i've lost 125, but still have 100 to go don't want to fail at this now!
  3. Was doing fine until recently... Feel starving Help!
  4. Hello So I had my gallbladder out a little over a week ago. Since then no pain at all! Went for my post op exam today and the doctor told me that my gallbladder was filled with stones.... Yuck Ew barf And he told me that the lining of my gallbladder was inflamed which meant that I had been having gallbladder attacks for a while! I said "so I wasn't lying!!" And he said nope. So all is good now!
  5. I'm about five and a half months out and I am starting to feel hunger again
  6. Before surgery I had a very irregular period. Sometimes I would go months without it and I also had bled for three months straight at one point. Since surgery I have been completely regular.

  9. Stalls normally happen around the time of my period... (I also was able to and wanted to eat some more around that time) Also... I got the infamous three week stall. As far as overcoming the stall.. I really didn't do anything. I just continued doing what I was doing. I was doing pretty well with exercise for a whole but have been slacking recently. As far as foods that disagree with me... Let me just say that I have never thrown up... But it gives me diarrhea I don't do well with any kind of egg (fried or omlete). Anything too high in sugar. Anything too high in fat. At the beginning anything acidic or with garlic powder upset my stomach.
  10. He's not worth your time!
  11. Five months and a few days out. Hardest part... Would be having gallbladder issues and having to get my gallbladder removed. That just happened a week ago. But I have had a pretty easy time with this thus far... I have gone through my fair share of stalls and periods when food doesn't agree... But all worth it!
