Down time is where you reflect on the situation and what happen, It allows you understand and gives you Prep time!! To Get Yourself together!! So that when the next episode happens you will be ready!! Physically Mentally, or Emotionally, and Even Financially!!! Romans 8:28 says “...all things work together for good to those who love God!!!

If You are Going through Something today please stand still and hold on!! Never Give in or give up!!! Sometimes God just gives us a cup to drink from. And the things and struggles no matter what it is weight, lap band, failure, over eating, bills, finances,kids,family its your purpose to get over that.struggle. Always be Mindful of what you ask God to remove from you, because if he took it away from you then maybe there wouldn't be a need for you!!! Hold on and learn to drink from your cup and deal with your struggles, because you know that God is going to eventually take you out of it!!! Stand Still!!!! Love all of you!!!!

I Don't Want to Be Too Religious Today!! Must Must Share a Thought and Be Mindful of My Lap Band Group!!! THANK YOU LORD FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE!!! I WILL CONTINUE TO WORSHIP YOU!!!! My weight is coming off and I feel and look more fabulous then I ever could have thought!!! Please Please Please Continue the negative inspiration!! Everytime I look in the Mirror and see the Progress, I get so angry at myself that I didn't realize my full potential years ago!!! I am happy, finding love from Myself, Others, and Even a Rekindled Relationship..... I wish Sucess and happiness for all my Bandsters. Just always remember!!!! IF YOU DONT QUIT YOU WILL WIN!!!!! I just want you to know that My postings may not be for you since you think they are too religious so I would give you the advice to block me off your page. Because the way I see God is apart of this process and if you don't have him. The way I feel failure process of losing weight will be an option if you don't have the right guidance and strength and Faith in yourselves. What works for me may not work for you!! I don't know what happen this morning but the spirit of God moved me to go out within the community and start a Walk for the Obesity Cure (Lap Band) For Those who can't afford to Pay for the Surgery!! who have no insurance!! When you drop a pebble in the Water what happens? It creates a Ripple Effect! Right!! Well I figure we can all place a pebble in the water by helping financially those who are in serious need of the surgery and can't afford it!! I don't care if I have to travel from state to state city to city!! I'm going to start a None for Profit Organization to help those who are less fortunate!! I have my maters in Social Work!! Let me Put it to work!! If you want to participate in helping me start this organization or with sending funding to get this started then email me at Shrcumm@yahoo.com. I will dedicate my life to helping people like myself who suffer with obesity!! All monies will be tracked and receipts given for those who are eager to help. Remember when you give in helping others achieve their goals like yourself and stop only thinking about yourself and think about others then and only then does the blessing come upon you!! Lets do this!! I want to Walk for the Cure to Combat Obesity!! Lets do a Lap Band Patients Only Walk!! Don't Worry about anything!! Just call your doctor or go to the office but never give up!! Your body is just reacting to a procedure that is new!!! Take care of yourself first but I know your going to be fine!!!
