I have an app with the nutrut on 5/24 so I think I will stick with Jello and popscicles and protien drinks till then. I tried to eat a little broth and jello and started to feel sick again. I just woke up so I am trying a popsicle. I will keep you posted.

I am getting more upper gas but they are kind of loud. I wish I would get more lower. But at this point whatever gas I get I am not holding any in.

My gas was so bad too. I couldnt even take a deep breath. I am just sticking to popscicles. protien drinks
