I agree with everyone..and one of the comments I hate at work are " oh I could do it on my own " I don't need any surgery " that's a easy way out .. Etc etc .. but I don't listen to them .. I'm happy with my decision

Omg I'm so afraid of hair loss ... I've heard of someone that had surgery 6 months ago ..they lost 90lbs ..but they totally lost their hair ..Omg I'm so afraid ..I love my hair ..that's one of the things I take care the most ..how do you avoid it ?

I got my surgery 05/04/2012 at first I was considering the band... and 1week before my surgery I changed my mind. I did alot of research..and decided for the sleeve. ONE of the reasons I changed my mind...was ... I read alot of peoples comments and blogs in different weight loss websites..and honestly like 90% of the people that got the band 6months later they took it off and got the sleeve...idk that convinced me... -
tell me about it...I said goodbye to coke 12 days ago...and I thought I was going to go crazy..but I havent yet ..lol

My surgery was 6days ago... and feel I aint following my food schedules... and I feel terrible. I was never the type of person to count calories.. take vitamins.. or even read nutrition labels. Sometimes I ate until I got home.. which was like at 6pm ... this is driving me crazy... How ... do I start ... ?
