Hi April Banders!! My name is Jenna and I had my Lap-Band surgery on April 10, 2012. It was an outpatient procedure...I went into the hospital at 7:30am and I was home and in my bed by 3:30pm. I'm so happy with the results I'm having so far. I've lost a total of 20 pounds in less than a month. I think that's awesome!!! Starr Vampira (My Lap-Band's name) will get her first fill on May 7, 2012. I'm looking forward to it, because I'm feeling hungry after about 2 hours of eating....normally I just drink more fluids and that helps. I haven't had any cravings at all, which is great even after I see food commercials! I wasn't sure that was possible.
