  1. Tolerable probably, recommended ? If you are like most of us rice is very hard at 7 weeks. For me rice felt like swallowing thumbtacks untill about 4 months or so. I am almost 14 months out and still cannot eat a whole roll ( smallish) .

  2. My dr explained it as skeletal remodeling, the short of it is ,as weight comes off gravity pulls at us differently causing new muscles to engage to do common activities, for me standing straight up was hurting a lot ,after losing a lot of weight I thought my back would feel better right away, but it took some time and exercise.check Duexis ibuprofen coated with Pepcid, a sleevers dream med. Hope you feel better!!

  3. Ok sorry ,you asked! I just read the label didn't make you eat it or not, perhaps maybe your nut got this one wrong ! Pasta is pasta it's just my opinion that at 7weeks out we are better served learning about what complex carbs we like or can tolerate than how much we like pasta . As for moderation that came down the road ,I was very rigid with my diet before I hit goal .

  4. I'm in jersey with bcns horizon my approval letter for vsg congratulated my for wanting to get healthy and said something like "be advised bariatric surgery often leads to excess skin that we don't pay to remove" so basically "tummy tuck" removal of skin and lacing abdominal muscles is out, if you have medically documented skin infections in areas where skin hangs they will consider a lesser procedure that removes the skin apron but no internal work. My surgeon has a list of locals who do these procedures.

  5. It all depends on how much swelling was in your stomach. I was able to drink that much pretty much right away but some people have more swelling which causes them to not be able to tolerate as much. Remember that the fluids don't stay in your stomach they leak straight through the pyloric sphincter into the intestines so Fluid intake is not as limited by the size of your stomach. Hope this helps' date=' good luck.[/quote']

    Hahaha you said Sphincter!!!
