thanks for the information. I too have been very skeptical about what protein drink will be better for me, being that I'm already not a milk drinker nor am I big on chocolate so this is going to be difficult.

I am in Atlanta and I am hoping to be sleeved in June. All paperwork was submitted to the insurance company yesterday so fingers, toes, and even eyes are crossed hoping that it gets approved.

I feel your pain...I contacted my PCP almost a week ago in regards to faxing over my medical clearance letter and as of today it still hadn't been received. After calling the office I now have to wait again. I have done all that has been asked of me during the past 6 months and I got the most disturbing ohone call this morning saying that I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea. Although I know being over weight comes with a lot of health risks I thought that I had just been lucky to not have had high blood pressure, diabetes, or any other weight related condition, but it never crossed my mind that sleep apnea would be something I now have to deal with. Not only that next week when all my paperwork is submitted to the insurance company its still not a guarantee that the surgery will be approved so I just feel like pulling all of my hair out. Anyone else having to deal with this?

i completely agree there is a list of things that I have to do prior to submitting my paperwork to the insurance company to be approved. I am frustrated because I have done everything asked of me including paying for each visit and there is still a possibility that the insurance company may not approve it meaning i have just wasted 6 months and who knows how much money for nothing.

well ladies i am currently at my sleep study and i am soooooo nervous this is a new experience and journey for me but I am up for the adventure. If any of you have already done this please give me some advise and encouraging words.
