  9. I told my Sons ( 20 yr and 15 yr ) my husband , mom and brother and that is it .... No one else needs to know in my opinion . I work out 4 times a week with a personal trainer and I eat well ... So I omit the surgery part and play on the workout and good eating habbits . Not too long ago my brother in law was talking about the lap band and saying I have no respect for losing weight that way ( with surgery ) which validated me not saying anything to anyone else .
  10. I am 15 weeks out and having major hairloss , I am taking biotin and zinc and using Fall Fight shampoo and conditioner ... I have to admit it slowed it down a tad but still losing lots for my taste . My surgeon said it will happen as your bosy is still recouperating and taking all the vitamins from less important places like hair/ nails . However he said don''t worry you wont go bald ... It will start to grow back ...

I am currently going through it , started around a lil before my 3rd month ... It seems to be inevitable .... I take a bariatric multi vitamin , Biotin , Vitamin D and B12 ... however the hair loss is worrisome ... Per my surgeon it happens and it will grow back , Keep up the good work
