  1. I was stuck at 160 for what seemed like forever' date=' and then just started drinking a ton of Water. I drink 20 oz. as soon as I wake up in the morning and then keep that going through the day. I've also been eating a ton of plain greek yogurt. I stir in different toppings to keep it interesting. So within the past couple of weeks I've dropped 4 more pounds, getting to 156. My personal goal is 140.[/quote']

    Oh thanks , I'm going to start there and add more Water and Greek yogurt to my diet ... I am definitely not complaining ( when I think how far I've come ) but I will do anything to kick start my loss .... Hopefully it will work for me as well


  2. I understand perfectly ... I went from an 16/18 to a 10 bottom and from XXL to Med top and I do the same I look at the clothes like seriously this is sooo not going to fit and WALA it fits ... I can not believe I am on my way to a single digit bottom , who would've thought .... I still see the obese girl .... Hopefully one day our minds will catch up my friend

  4. I actually just had my first mushy food since the surgery. And it sucks!!!! I have this pain in my chest that comes and goes. But other than that everything is good! Lost almost 60lbs since I started my journey in January. So overall I'm happy!

    How are things going for you?

    Lol ... I remember that stage it did suck ... Be careful with the pain in your chest , don't just ignore it . That's a great loss , I'm a slow loser and so far I'm down 66 in 6 months hey ill take it ... things are even slower now going into my 7 month but I'm pretty positive that I will get to goal ( another 40 lbs ) ...
