  1. Have you tried Isopure non dairy drinks,Nectar Protein or unjury unflavored powder. I bought them all pre op and they aren't bad. I am sipping on isopure right now for my liquid diet.
  2. This is so sad. It is going to take something big to get her to see the light. I hope its not too late. Good luck on your surgery. My surgery is friday.

  7. Thanks Andi0120. This is what I will do. Hair is important.
  8. I am so sorry for your loss literally. I am not sleeved yet(June 15) but I am so scared about this side effect. I just posted about the same subject yesterday. Try some biotin and Nixon shampoo. I hope things get better soon. Good luck on your weight loss.
  9. Great job! I can't wait to join the losers bench.
  10. Congrats! Sounds like you did very well. Good luck, the worst is over.
  11. Thanks BigKim, I'll have to try that. My hair is also very dry.
  12. Thanks PEvette. Then I will have to get a weave otherwise my hair will not look right. I am all for the natural thing on others but not for me. I know this is the thing right now but relaxed just works for my busy lifestyle. I was natural several years ago and it was way too much maintenance. I am afraid to get braids less my hair fall out even more. I hope someone replies who has had this problem.
  13. For those with relaxers. Does anyone have a plan for hair loss? I started taking biotin today but I need a plan. Does anyone have any tips? Weaves, wigs, pieces. Tell me what you did or recommend?
  14. PEvette, I am getting sleeved on Friday. Good luck to you.
  15. How are you doing? Any better?
  16. Well I am glad you are ok. You jus reminded me I need to pick up some prilosec before Fridays surgery. Good luck with the remainder of your recovery.
  17. What caused the pain? I thought diets drinks were ok.
  18. Good luck Lisa! My surgery is June 15
  19. This is interesting. I wonder what size boogie your docs used. I notice here that I have seen written the sleeve reduces anywhere from 70%-85% of your stomach. Therefore I didn't think you could be resleeved. I'd like to hear more.
  20. I am so sorry that happened to you. I have those same fears. We can do this. Don't worry about ignorant people. They don't know any better.
