  1. Btw..they will try to sell you their vitamins...and in my humble opinion..they are garbage! I take two Flintstones Complete per day with no vitamin deficiencies. They are tasty, smaller, more economical, and don't make me vomit! Now as far as calcium , I take the Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate Chews. That is the only product from Bariatric Advantage I like. Everything else to me is garbage. Six chews per day give you the calcium you need, they taste great, and are sugar free! These are pricey, but worth it to me!
  2. You can purchase Unjury on line at www.unjury.com . It is a clear, chicken flavored broth protein whey powder..no noodles..nice and savory..you'll get your protein and fluids at the same time. I have not seen Unjury available for purchase at a retail store, only online. I also like EAS carb advantage shakes..they are sweet though. So if you are looking for a savory option, I would go with Unjury. They also have a protein cheese sauce that isn't bad either and you can order a sample pack to try out their different flavors of shakes and soup so you aren't out a lot of money for something you may or may not like. They will also send you recipes for their shakes.
  3. Good luck and don't give up..mine took 8 months for approval! Glad to stuck with it!
  4. I do not know because I was too tired and too in pain to dream!
  5. Let's just high jack this thread...I want a ruling..the word "moist" has way more grossitude than the word "hubby". Moist should only be referred to in baked goods..Or foods in general. If it is referred to in bodily reference, it is just downright gross or pornographic if you know what I mean...Moist..eeeeeeewwwwwwweeeeee!
  6. My ass maybe the size of a couch..but by God , my man knows he is with a real woman that he can grab onto those hips and not let go..not some twigglet b***h...sounds like she needs a good screw to make her disposition better!
  7. I love love Bariatric Advantage's calcium citrate chews ..lemon and chocolate are my faves.
  8. I love my hubby...my hubby provides for me...my hubby loves his daughter..my hubby has a good job...have I gotten on your nerves yet? LOL!
  9. Looking good girl...keep up the fight you'll get there!
  10. Sounds like your pain meds are talking to you! LOL!
  11. Just took my first raw food course last Saturday and loved it! Plan on taking another one in the spring but I need to get a Vitamix and they are expensive! Anyway...I won't be completely raw fooding it, but I like organic chemical free foods for my family, so we will be definitely incorporating what I learned from class! They also had a vegan protein powder that was 17g of protein per scoop made from brown rice and other stuff I don't remember. It was pretty good! Anyway..good luck! I plan on utilizing my new found skills at raw foods on the family soon!
  12. I think this has varied from person to person. I personally waited until 8 weeks but I had a complication and any movement was too painful to say the least..I have seen people on here at 2 days post op having sex without problems. I think as long as you aren't hanging upside down from the ceiling, from harnesses, getting rough...or anything just unholy..you probably will be ok. I personally had to go with the cowgirl position because of my complication so I could control everything. After that, it's been smooth sailing. Just listen to your body, and remember if you are really, really in need, there are other ways to be satisfied without intercourse if you know what I mean that won't cause too much jostling!
  13. You go! It only gets better! Keep up the great work!
  14. I agree with may have eaten too much..and I personally couldn't tolerate eggs. I did a lot of luncheon meats and soft beans in the beginning stages where you ate...it took several months before I could tolerate eggs..an I don't eat them often because of that..1 over easy egg or poached is good for me! Good luck

Ok..so I was in Nashville with the hubby for him....found out he has hyperthyroidism..he has always been able to eat anything and be thin..well now we know why! I always thought he was the lucky one...and now I feel some guilty about that..anyway....I found Teavana a specialty tea store. I tried the Youthberry and fell in love....so I would recommend trying it out if you have one in your area...it's a delicious way to get your fluids in! Expensive ..but for me worth it!
  17. Can't we be both? Some sick demented minds are geniuses in disguise!
