  1. I last did Sesame sticks 13 hours ago....I vow not to eat them today...with my group's help...and the fact I left them at home and I don't have access to them!
  2. Hello..my name is Piplula ..and I am a sesame stick addict....I last did sesame sticks 2 hours ago....
  3. This will get easier...be sure you stick to your plan..I don't want you hurting your new pouch!
  4. I hear you! Wheat thins are crack too!
  5. Do you foresake me sleeve???? I stupidly tried sesame sticks..deliciously devilish fattening sticks of crack whorish goodness....why can't you make me vomit and be painful to eat???!!!! Why must you be a slider food ??!!!! I am going to need rehab for this!
  6. You are very welcome. I am 7 months out and can honestly say I wish I had done it sooner. I am down 108# and keep on keeping on..when not if I get to my personal goal I will have lost 200#....only 92# more to go! Keep your chin up...it gets better day by day! It took me 3 months before I could honestly say I was started to feel "normal".
  7. Also, unjury makes a chicken Soup flavored Protein powder that is pretty good. Has 20 G protein per 8 oz ..it's hot and savory going down. They also have a protein cheese powder as well.
  8. It's very common to be emotional after this surgery. I cried for a week. Remember, hormones are stored in fat cells. As our bodies lose this excess fat, these hormones are released and can contribute to the emotional side of this surgery. In other words, it is a normal response. Also if you are like me, I don't react very well to anesthesia, and I cry every time I am put to sleep for any procedure. So this compounded my "crying". Also some people have that "WTH have I done moment"...I know did! I think what you are describing is a normal response and it gets better. If not, chat with your doctor for an assessment to see if you have clinical depression. Good luck!
  9. I think I would have smacked her for excusing me of something I didn't do....but then again..I kinda have a mean streak in me that fights my gentile Southern upbringing!
  10. Good heavens ..I think we all can relate to this. I certainly hope you feel better..You are gonna need therapy for PTTD ..post traumatic turd disorder
  11. I bow to your superior weight reducing capabilities! I am right behind you!!!! I am proud for you!
  12. Western Tennessee Jackson, TN ..the Hub City
  13. I sooooo want to be in your shoes at 13 months!!!!
  14. Have you searched on this site for LilMissDiva's Boot camp? People swear by it for breaking stalls ..I was about to look it up for myself.
  15. I just went through a 3 week stall Tabs. It was my first one...I had a way bigger BMI than yours.. I just now started back going downward..in fact the scale fluctuated up and down a pound or two for that 3 weeks and I was like.."Wth"...so I kept the course..exercise..eating correctly...and sure enough ...it's coming down again...hang in there...I think it's just the process our bodies have to get through to release the extra weight...very frustrating yea..but it will come off.
  16. Hey Tabby, are you looking for shake forms of proteins?
  17. Hey OTR..looked up KyoGreen..what's your take on it? Are you using it for antioxidative purposes?
  18. No problem! I actually refluxed water horribly ..once I was able to start back my acid reducer and slowly intro back water..I got better. What helped me the most is sipping it through a straw. Most doctors tell you not to do that, but I can sip without gulping air better from a straw, so once I was about 2-3 months out water was back in the table..before then..forget it.
  19. Unsweetened tea was the only Fluid I could tolerate except for a Protein shakes..water got better at about 2 months post op..now I drink it all the time. It just took time for everything to heal. I am about to be 7 months out and I drink it all day long..give it some time.
