Try adding fresh or frozen fruit, it helped me a little depending on the type of fruit you add. Mixed berries or fresh strawberries usually help. Splenda does not have any calories, did your Dr. say not to use sweetners? Have you tried the chocolate Protein Powder?

I also had pain when doing situps in the port area, but stop after and I haven't tried to do anymore I just stick with aerobics. Haven't told my Dr. yet.

Got stuck for the first time today and it was horrible, I didn't know what to do I think I even paniced a little. Felt like I wanted to throw up but I couldn't , felt like I was able to swollow but I couldn't. It was a bad experiance and I never want it to happen again. For now on when I'm done eating my jaws will be sore.

I went through the same thing with my family, but you just have to do what you have to do for you and not them and let then know it's for your health so that you can live a long healthy life. In the long run they will have some kind of support. And we here on LapBand talk are some of your biggest supporters. Good luck with your LB journey!!!!!!!!

Try putting the Protein Powder in the blender and blend with fruit, ice and skim milk, makes a good smoothie and fills you up. And DivaDown is right about the Atkins shakes they are very good.

Sounds great, my weakness was the Caramel Ice latte's from DD, and I will for SURE give this a try. also believe you can get the Cafe al Fresco from your local DollarTree if you have one near where you live. Thanks for sharing this great concoction!!!!
