hi there. I have been banded for 10 months now and have lost about 45 pounds also. now the eating thing sounds very familar to me. the doctors tell me all the time WATER,WATER,WATER.......i have an issue with water..i hate it .i know that is why my food always gets stuck. so try to drink more water
