Thank u ! Yes I am supposed to be doing liquids for 3 weeks! But it is almost like my body is asking for more .

Am I supposed to be having Soup still, I am so hungry !!! What r u eating at this time? 2 weeks out don't want to get too full and Hurt my self , do get gas boubbles with every bite .., ;( I am burping a lot I wonder if that is normal or a sign that I am eating too much

Can hunger do that to u? I need a 3 musketeers bar! Last time I felt like this was when I was giving birth 20 years ago.. But I must say 40 pounds down and looking good!

I'm so sorry!! My brother in law wad diagnosed with throat tongue cancer and after everything he is in remission!!! Last thing to loose is hope cancer treatment is not what it used to be 20 years ago

Little of discomfort , got my period and got diarrhea (thank goodness) didn't go to bathroom for 5 days!

But staying positive!

that was one of my biggest concerns ... i went to the endocrinologist, rheumatologist, hematologist, lupus skin specialist and so on... they all told me that other than the clotting issues i have, it was going to be good for me .... compare to all the other issues i was going to have related to my history such as highblood pressure, heart problems, stroke, blindness etc associated with diabetes which runs very strong in my family. they all agreed and said : "go for it"!!!! i have no doubt in my mind that i did the right thing for me . i am going through blood thinner injection treatment for 10 days ... other than that we are ok!! =-)

u should be able to take them , except for one or two day ... i should be back on mine already ... i have to break it down..

I have connective tissue disorder , fibromyalgia, sjogrens, hasimoto, and most of my problems are autoimmune related ...the doctor told me that after surgery, i would have to call him before going back to steroids for a pill that helps with the effects of the meds in the stomach. other than that, I am good to go... by the way, my surgery was on the 3rd and pain has been good, not bad at all.

July 3rd here IAm so nervous

And I wonder ... What the hell I about to do? That is my question this morning at 4 am . Today is my official day to start my diet (been practicing for almost 2 months) July 3rd is my date! I hope that I am not going to second guess myself about my decision. I know I need to do this ...why can't I think positive that nothing will happen and all I am going to regret is not doing it earlier??? I am so scared ????

I'm so sorry u Feel that way, that really scares me since my day is July 3rd. If is any consolation ; a good friend of mine was feeling the same exact way after surgery, today she is the one motivating me so I don't get nervous. She looks fabulous 70 lbs lighter and looking and feeling so much younger! I hope the spams get better and just think that there is an end to the tunnel!

Yes I started on shakes (awesome) 4 weeks ago and lost 16 lbs people now make me question my decision. But I know in my heart this is what I need to do. I'll say I am very scared!

I almost had A panic attack the other day asking myself am I doing the right thing . I know us what I want for sure!

Oh my good! I just checked lost 7 pounds~ good incentive!

How many shakes ?they told me 5 slim fast and one meal...u have the broth when u get hungry ?
