Good. Other than all the stomach cramping all the time....not too bad today. If it doesnt go away by monday, I will call the Dr. It urts when before/during/after eating. Glad to hear you are well!!!!

I've tried everything. The last thing I did try for lunch was the My bariatric.com choc. pudding. I'm going to wait until monday to call. It's rather annoying...Took my effexor and went for a walk with my daughter this afternoon! So, feeling better!

Hey everyone! I know its been a few days....not feeling 100% at all. Stayed 2 days, had a fever, and very low bp. Pain is very manageable. I had dilauded for 3 days. I now feel like i have the DT'S! LOL. My head is soooo foggy still. Everything i put into my sleeve, it cramps like crazy!! Just one more note for those of you who had to find out the hard way like I did...if you have to "toot", make sure you are on-the-toilet!!

Had mine yesterday too! I also have cramping in the sleeve. Waiting for my swollow test! Headed back to dream land!

My meds are kicking my butt! I posted the same thing 3 times in a different forum? Pfft having some sleeve cramping on and off. But other that (and being sleepy) Im feeling pretty darn good! Thanks for all the support and prayers! Xoxo

Doing really well so far. Have had a PCA for pain. They wont let me even eat ice chips until the swallow test, (wich is supossed to be this AM), so i've just rinsing and spitting. Retaining alot of Water today. My Dr said 1 more night tonight. As for gas?...very little so far! Ttyl guys! My eyes are getting heavy! Xo Annemarie

If it continues, I would call your Dr./Nurse. Maybe a warm bath will help?

Did you have those inflatable leg thingies on while in the hosp?

You can change it up to raw spinich if you like it, with raw veggies. I alos put some protien on there, such as turkey or chicken. And drink lots of water! Good luck!!

Hey Artsy! Yes, absolutly make sure you tell them about your previous issues, because they will fix them. Dont be afraid to use/ask for pain meds. Stay AHEAD of the pain. it's easier to control that way. Like Holly said, makeu SURE you walk, aleast every hour, hour and a half. I will try to post tomorrow after my surgery...no promises! lol. I LIKES my sleeps! lol. I work in EMS full time, and i'm sure my co-workers will be up breaking my chops. But I wouldnt have it any other way! Should I cheat and have them give me an IV at home?? lol!!!!!!! You will be ok!

ugh. going in on Monday...my nerves are shot. The anxiety is killing me. I wish these shakes kept me fuller for longer than an hour!!!! On the plus side, going shoe shopping today with my Aunt for a brides maid dress. In my cousins wedding in June. TTYL....

Thanks for all the advice! The hospital called a little while age to tell me I need to be there by 5:45 am monday morning!! cant wait! I was talking to a friend of mine who had GBP, and she said I BETTER walk every hour and a half!!! lol! I'm going to do all liquids for the next 2 days!

Roxy...I feel your pain!!! I'm also sched for monday the 7th, and I'M STARVING! I have a headache and i'm crabby! I'm so nervous, yet want it to be over. I lost the 5% i was supposed to...but ugh. I have SO cheated. We WILL get through this! I need to call tomorrow for my surg time. Excited, yet very nervous. I took 6 weeks off due to the nature of my job. I cant wait to go back to work, the skinny person I was 12 yrs ago when I started. (i know it wont happen all at once). Good luck, lets keep in touch!

Glad to hear everyone is doing SO well!!! I go in on Monday, and for the past 2 days, ive been nervous, sick to my stomach, and crabby (nerves)! Ive had plenty of surgeries, its not like ive never gone under before, so I dont know what the problem is here...Today is my last day at work (i generally have every fri, sat, sun off). I hope the day goes by FAST. I need to be out of here!!
