I'm miserable with my band. Had it put in may of 2010. Originally lost 42 lbs. gained 35 back and have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 9 months ago! I can't eat most veggies with the exception of corn(barely any nutrients) no fruits with skin. No chicken no meats it has been hard!! Tuesday I'm getting revised to sleeve on Tuesday!! Have been on the vsg site and a lot of people get the revision. Take this thing out of me!! We haven't been friends in a while!!

My crapband is coming out on Tuesday and I'm having the gastric sleeve done.

Like I said previously, I hate my band!! Wish I knew about the sleeve 2 yrs ago. Oh well! Tuesday I sit on the losers bench with my follow sleevers! It's becoming very real only 2 days away! Nervous and excited all at the same time!!

Do you live in NJ? I'm not a stalker or anything! I do live in nj and I wanted to know who your surgeon is if you do?!? And you recognized that you felt like you could have an issue and that you made appropriate decision to correct it so you need to lighten up on yourself!!!

I have read several comments about catheters, does everyone get one??? And how long was everyone's drain in for?

Anyone experience low blood sugars after the sleeve? The first few days to a week post op after the band I was very shaky bc my sugars went to low.

I take aldectone and it doesn't seem to help. What dose do you take? And I'll have to investigate that cream!

Hi!! My surgery is next Tuesday and I am going to be a band to sleeve revision. All I do is read every post on here trying to get as much advise as possible but I feel like its over taking my life!! Lol exaggerating a bit!! But anyone else do the same thing??
