Thanks guys I completed my psych evaluation today. So the dr. told me to wait a week from Friday for a call. When do you guys think I should call. Btw I'm a southern California kaiser patient.

I'm determined to lose my 10% I'm 5'2 270. My goal is to go to surgery weighing 240. I have a stationary bike in front of the tv watching the biggest losser on netflix. It's so motivating. I just finished my first hour and a half = 30 miles =1000 calories burned. The only reason I'm stopping is my back is killing me.

coffee is one of the things I will miss the most. But I drink coffee because I don't have energy. I'm hoping after the surgery I will start to feel my natural energy, and won't need that jump start.

I'm in the same boat with you. Let's make a plan to do this together. All the suggestions are great. I'm thinking I might start a 2 Protein Drinks /low carb diet on Monday. Lol why do I always say Monday?

What's your favorite Greek yogurt? Or recipe made with Greek yogurt? I'm liking oikos.

Im pre-op, but I have thin hair already so I started taking Biotin 8 weeks ago. I can see baby Hair growth.< /p>
