Does anyone out there drink pop? I am so much craving a pop! I love Sprite!

I will be 8 weeks out this Monday. I have done very well. I have lost 50 lbs. I don't weight myself so i don't freak out about stalls. Here is what happened... I saw my reflection in my window and got depressed. I thought "oh wow my stomach is still there and I am still fat. Am I ever going to be thinner" Has anyone else felt this way on your journey? You know things are going just fine and you are so thankful but you have that..." it isn't happening fast enough moments."?

Btw..excellent questions. It is scary when you are considering the sleeve ...

I might be able to do my own tough mudder that I make myself in my back yard. We have a kids pool I can incorporate in there some how

Thank you so much everyone for the responses! !! I appreciate it more then you know:) Not having pop is very hard for me but you are all right it is a bad habit that i do not want to start again. For those that can drink it you are so lucky, and have a sip for me. ;p What kind of things does everyone drink to take the place of pop? I am getting burnt out on Powerade and G2. Btw...I drink tons of water so that is not an issue

Thank you everybody for the replies! I took everyone's advice and drank, drank and drank more. Even though I had my 64 in for the day I drank all night. Of course ill b up peeing all night too. What would cause low blood pressure?

I had the same thing. Mine was just swelling....ill b thinking of you.

Mine only had to stay in 2 days. I got mine out a day before I left the hospital. I was surprised when I woke up from surgery with one. I didn't even think to ask about it at pre appointment ... The good news it it doesn't last forever...lol

Today I had a "i'm going to rebel day" so I didn't eat the best. Don't get me wrong, I didn't eat even close to what I would have eaten before but still didn't do great. Here I am on a tough day, I am sure on this Sleeve journey of mine I will have many of these days, but even on this bad day it felt better then my good days before surgery ....I just wanted to hope that for everyone

Lol at Lu wanna! I felt the exact way. I think the longer it is the more uncomfortable it is. My was very long. He had to stop part way through because he couldn't fit the whole drain in his hand. The doc then said wow yours is really long. Mine looked like fruit juice too. I crying just thinking of it...

Wow! All you guys are motivating to me. I was sleeved the 30th but don't weight myself till I go to the surgeons which is in another 2 months so i don't know what I have lost...
