how do you do that I have the app on my phone. I don't think I use it the way I should need help with learning

I was sleeved on 4/4 and have not had one complication pain was minimal I did not even need it after day one. I have not had any gas problems. I did not have any health issues and my bmi was 40 I have lost 16lbs since surgery. from what I have read most people have had ok experiences too. I like the Protein Shakes and have always drank Water and not soda. I tried countless diets and got no.where due to low thyroid. this surgery may not be for everyone but the opportunity to live a full healthy life outweighed the risk I read about the surgery. even though I did not have health risks I knew they were coming

I have atena insurance and they paid half it cost me 13000 out of pocket the hospital.was.11000 I do not live in beverly hills I live in louisville ky. I don't regret doing it I will think about all that money when I want to cheat

I had my surgery on 4/4 the only place that still bothers me is my left shoulder or gas pains of I drink too fast. walking does help. I am glad you are having an easy time.

I just got home from the hospital I do not have slit of pain just tired

ok I had surgery yesterday and I really can't complain about the pain I am just second guessing myself that I did something so permanent. is this a normal feeling. I now know what everyone means about not getting fluids down. I am going home tom so hopefully I will feel calmer. I need some positive reinforcement. thanks everyone
