Why would you eat dorritos and cheetos they do not have any Protein that is what you need the most don't go back to old eating habits. People think just because you can only eat a little it is ok. You need to change your mindset about food or you want to be successful

Me too I cannot read with just my contacts I thought it was my imagination now I will not be able to see myself thin because I will be blind but I guess it will not matter because I am also going to have alzheimers

I confess I do not exercise, I confess I smoke sometimes but started chantex, I confess I do not like buying clothes because the size does not last I am now a 12/10 , I confess when I see people on the site who have lost way more then me having the same surgery date, I confess when I go out to eat I am more aware of how much people eat, and how big they are. But overall I confess I cannot remember when I felt so good about myself

I told a few people but all of my co workers have noticed my weight loss and have been so supportive and complimenting me all the time. My family has also been great. I have not lost any friends that I know of and if I have I guess they were not my friends so far this has been a great journey down 63lbs about 25 more to go

I had mine in louisville ky by dr. david geller. No complications no pain no nausea or vomiting. I can't say enough how wonderful he is. I had a hernia repair and would not have known unless he told me. I was sleeved on 4/4 down 62lbs about 25 more to go. My bff had hers done in mexico she also had no complications.

I also have been struggling. I am 5 months out. I mostly stick to low carbs and high Protein. I try to stay at about 700_800 calories but I have been hungrey lately. How many calories is everyone eating. I am having a hard time counting Protein carbs, fat and sugar. My sugar is usually very low and so is my fat. Carbs are getting harder to keep low. Where is everyone coming up with the great recipes and how do you know about the websites

Remind me to never ask a question LT you are right all the op did was ask a question once again things turned nasty on the vsg board, it is getting old. I know that when I am ready I will eat in moderation but I will not post it on here. I was always a normal weight and then my throid stopped working and I gained weight and then developed insulian resistance but but it was not because I could not control what I ate and I do not want to deprive myself for the rest of my life, we all know what is good for us and what is not. When someone asks a question why does everything become an argument and the original question does not even get answerrd

Some one had a recipe for I think cloud bread made with cottage cheese people who have made.it said out was good tasted like bread made with egg whites hopefully someone will post it. And on another note once again someone asked a question and was jumped all over I do not think anyone wants to gain back their weight but we do need to continue on with our normal lives.
