  1. And the 5:2 method doesn't really yield more than a pound a week for most people..

    It's just helping some of the girls get the last few pesky pounds off.. I really feel bad about people feeling excluded and I have noticed several threads since yesterday talking to that effect.. I'm going to ask the owner of the group to perhaps make it a group that does not show up on The main page and current threads section.

    How do I get in the group I am more then a year out I have been doing the 5:2 for the past couple of weeks


  2. I did not have to do a preop I have lost 65 lbs since april 20 more to go. I have not had any complications have not gotten sick and did not have any pain. So far it has been a breeze I can eat anything I try to keep my carbs around 40 my calories around 800 and Protein 80grams I followed everything the dr. said. The only thing I need to work on is exercising. How much do you have to lose. Out will be worth it I promise

  4. I told a few people but all of my co workers have noticed my weight loss and have been so supportive and complimenting me all the time. My family has also been great. I have not lost any friends that I know of and if I have I guess they were not my friends so far this has been a great journey down 63lbs about 25 more to go

  5. I had mine in louisville ky by dr. david geller. No complications no pain no nausea or vomiting. I can't say enough how wonderful he is. I had a hernia repair and would not have known unless he told me. I was sleeved on 4/4 down 62lbs about 25 more to go. My bff had hers done in mexico she also had no complications.

  6. I also have been struggling. I am 5 months out. I mostly stick to low carbs and high Protein. I try to stay at about 700_800 calories but I have been hungrey lately. How many calories is everyone eating. I am having a hard time counting Protein carbs, fat and sugar. My sugar is usually very low and so is my fat. Carbs are getting harder to keep low. Where is everyone coming up with the great recipes and how do you know about the websites
