  1. Good for you. You are being true to yourself while eating less. My trainer told me it is better to eat less of what you like and enjoy it, rather than substitute it for a less enjoyable item.

    I too enjoy bread. I like bread with a min, of 5gm fiber. It is so chewy. I don't have a cholesterol problem. It is 154, probably because of all the fiber. I also like greek yogurt and kefir.

    I don't always buy organic, because it can be expensive, but I do like organic almond butter.
