I use the nose pillows. When I first started using the cpap, I was really scared. I started off with an hour the first night, 2 hours the second, etc. Now, I find it hard to sleep without it. It was the pits 2 weeks ago when I had a cold and couldn't use it.

I have wanted this surgery for 4 years. I had started making plans, but other health issues came up. I took my husband to dinner and just told him that I was just plain sick and tired of being sick and tired. So, he said to find a new primary, because the one I had was telling me to go to Optifast and not have surgery. I know how to lose weight; I just can't keep it off.
My new pcp was excited and congratulated me for wanting to take charge of my health. When I see him, he tells me over and over how proud of me and whatever I need ( insurance wise ) he will take care of. In fact, he knew of my surgeon being one of "the best".
