I am sorry you having so much trouble with the cottage cheese. I am also on my third day of the pre-op diet. However my doctor has me on slimfast optima for the two weeks before surgery. Mine is scheduled for March 16. GOOD LUCK

Hi Tracy, I understand just how you feel. I have thought long and hard about what to do. After a lot of researching and talking to others, I feel like the band is the first option and the bypass is only an option if nothig else works I am onl my liquid diet right now and I am scheduled for surgery for March 16. I am both excited and scared. I hope your evaluations go well and soon we will both be on the road to a new life.

Hi!! I am going for my evaluation today. I am so tired of the yo-yoing. I hope they approve my surgery and set it up soon. I know it is going to be a long road but I am ready to take a positive step.............
