good luck bama girl! I am an Army wife (retired) worked with tri care and was banded in Jan. Another Army wife friend is going through the process today. No 6 month diet requested for either of us. She went for a pscy evail today and has already heard back from surgery center he sent in the request. Now just waiting on tricare. I was about 6 months toltal for approval. I am down 41 lbs. Was banded on 1/26/10 and have lost about 40 lbs. I am at about 8 cc now I think (go in monthly) most of the time she doesnt' even put in a full cc. I do good for a couple days and then back to eating what I know is too much. I have been sitting at 40lbs almost 2 months now. I am getting discouraged! This thread is helping me keep my spirits up in hopes that I hit the sweet spot soon. Don't get me wrong very happy over 40 lbs but want more! Need to loose another 40!:thumbup:

Just had my first grandson and I want so to be able to "run and play" with him. Was just called by the insurance co. and we are approved! Both my husband and I! Now to find out dates! I am so excited!
