That pain will eventually go away ,,, but if you ever eat 1 more bite your new stomach will remind you the mistake.
Its a trial and error thing until you can handle how much food you are able to pack.

Cooper:
You are actually buiding muscle and you think the scale is torturing you, but if you take measurements you ll see a huge diference.
I also had a "low" BMI and its been slow if I compare with the huge portion of the people in the forum. I have not exercise but my Dr. told me once i start i most probably stop loosing at the rate i have been loosing.I know I should start my rotine but i honestly dont like to exercise.

I m almost 3 months out , my scar is not bulging but its a terrible purplish hue.
Will it ever fade ??

Agree 100% with Shontel. I felt exactly like you are feeling,,, I read and reflect on your words. Drink your Vitamins and Protein Shakes like religion. 2 more weeks and you will see a huge diference in your stamina and humor.
Dont feel guilt to rest if you re tired it only temporary fatigue.

PAtience , it took your body a lot to gain all the weight. It will come down sooner or later. There is not another way with the sleeve.
I had a stall and its sounds dumb but my scale was broken , my Mom stept in and she had the same weight as I did.... I tossed the thing to the trash and i go to the supermarket once a week and do weigh my self there and only there.

YEs is sad for a couple of weeks...you completely abandoned your"best friend" and its lousy. I used to dream of eating bread, Pasta, just like the ones in the Olive Garden Comercial. It was so real the dream woke me up.
After a while.... you learn to live without your beloved friend...
Again my english is not the best...sorry I think you can understand the basics of my mess.

It will go away soon!!!! Let your new and tinyl tummy heal and become less rigid.
