I Was also sleeved late 2009 i m strugling not to gain back i have gone from 127 to 135. I have gone back to basics but i stumble to sliders Foods very easy . It takes work and determination no matter the surgery we all went through. -

Hi!! thanks for the complimet , I sure feel like a new women. Not only my clothes changed ,,, all did my moods. I found courage to leave my husband ,,,, a star is born!!!!!! i m happier than ever before.

I need advice, I m already under my target weight , i m super happy , but lately i ve been having hunger all day long. I kept eating chocolate, candies, etc.
I have not gained weight but im afraid. I also think my stomach is bigger i now can eat more than a month ago.
How are u doing?? I m afraid to become fat again.

Why is there so much pain when I eat?

That pain will eventually go away ,,, but if you ever eat 1 more bite your new stomach will remind you the mistake. Its a trial and error thing until you can handle how much food you are able to pack. -
