The stall..........

You read the boards, and everyone talks about 'the third week stall'. Well, mine is here- the scale has been 179, 178, 177, 178, and 178.8 this week. And no amount of reading could prepare me for the ANGER I FEEL TOWARDS THE DARN SCALE. I mean seriously, did I spend close to 10K, time off work, have a dollar of a stomach to lose 14.3 pounds????

I hope this stall breaks soon. In the meantime, how did everyone cope with a stall???

Believe me i suffered the exact same anger you are feeling, I believe this is due to our body adjusting to the madness aor body suffered.

I hear you, I believe you don't have as much to lose and it might come off slower. I do the same thing, lose a lb here and half lb there, few days later it goes down again, so I don't get uptight in between. Stay the course with protein and fluids and exercise and it has got to budge!

I remember this dreaded "stall." Mine lasted 13 days. I too thought I was prepared from all of the reading and stuff, and did pretty well for the first 7-8 days, but then it just got old. Those last few days of the stall were brutal, BUT I lived through it;-) One thing that helped was I stopped weighing daily for a while. Good luck!
