I need advice, I m already under my target weight , i m super happy , but lately i ve been having hunger all day long. I kept eating chocolate, candies, etc.

I have not gained weight but im afraid. I also think my stomach is bigger i now can eat more than a month ago.

Si fuerzas un prin de meas al estomagito los dolores son berracos de verdad. Debes pensar que la comida ya no es parte de tu vida, es solo para nutrirte y ya.
