  1. Husbands bonus - and used air miles to get where we needed to fly- and points for rooms in San Diego for our extra days! Ended up being a great deal- now just saving for plastics! Cheers everyone <3
  2. Not on my tongue- but my legs, calves, thighs, tummy and sometimes arm I have no idea what is the cause I've tried everything
  3. This is hard for me- yes I have many hang ups now about the way I look. My surgery was May 15- I lost 4 whopping lbs before surgery- 254- 250- and now today, only 3 months and a week, I have lost 87lbs. I love that the weight is gone- I'm not so happy about losing my wonderfull (yes full) breasts, I don't like the skin and hangy parts on my thighs and my upper arms. the only thing I can do is work out harder, and put all my pennies in that piggy bank for my surgery. I'm 167 this week, and my first goal is 150, then 120. My body looks great in clothes....... Without----- yeah not so much. I find myself being way more critical of my body now that I'm thinner. Weird turn around for sure not what I expected at all. Bless each of us on our journey <3
  4. You look simply stunning!!! Great job!
  5. Mine likes to be naughty and jump up on the massage table..... I think she wants one
  6. Awwww I own mini schnauzers too <3 super cute!
  7. I have learned in my own journey so far ---- to throw things away! Donating feels good too, and yes I'm talking about everything. From food to kitchen stuff I don't use. I'm using this life change as an opportunity to make myself lighter and more free than I ever have been in my life <3 it's a very liberating habit to get into. All the best to you!
  8. Good Lord leave people ALONE would you. How can YOU harass someone over THEIR feelings? Get off it!
  9. Nearly every SI gle morning since surgery- which was May 15. I drink 2-3 oz of fat free milk before my miles, and that's the only thing that helps- walking and that little bit of milk hope it improves soo
  10. My kids do it all the time! Little sarcastic remarks. but they are boys and I know how they are
  11. NyQuil burned my tummy so bad. My Dr said sugar free Mucinex for the congestion
  12. Those are main parts of my daily intake. I would never get half of my Protein in without those things listed
  13. I agree with you- I'm cruising to goal faster than I ever imagined and I'd like to scoot it up a year- and have my MM a year earlier.
  14. Hang in there! It has gotten slightly better for me- although I am 4 months out- and at some times I feel just aweful sick to my stomach. It seems to be getting slightly better but not a ton. I monitor everything I eat and drink, and NOT drinking anywhere near before of after eating helps a lot. But when I wake first thing in the morning its he'll! <3 Best of luck to you!
