And this tingling is 24/7 not just at certain times.

I'm having this- and I take mega amounts of b12 and b complex- I'm seeing my Dr on Tuedsay. It's gone on for two weeks- and it's so irritating - it was only in my upper thighs- now moved down to my calves and feet- and my left arm while we were on vacation in Maui last week. If you've ever been outside too long in freezing weather- and your skin starts to tingle and go numb on the surface..... That's what mine feels like. Can anyone else weigh in on this topic- I am faithful about my vitamins- never have skipped- excersize twice a day- and have lost 75 lbs since May 15. At first I thought it was just my skin adjusting to the rapid loss..... But now I am a little scared
