Ready, Set, Go
it is normal for your mind to go crazy. I would say one more day I can do it. I gave up and just did it. I still struggle with my diet. But it is worth the weight drop. Stay strong if you want a new life. Yes we all say We are happy with are bodies. But it is alot of nice thing with being thinner. Good luck... Find someone close to talk to. Alot of peaple dont understand unless they had the surgery.

Could you have eating something that is stuck on top of the band?

Courious
I can eat a taco from Taco Bell. It hurt the first time but later it was okay. Pizza is hard, I cant eat that much dough. Taco shells are better then flour for me anyway. I was 3 months out before I ate one. Every one is different. Good luck

Sooo Many Questions.... No Answers :(
All doctors have different diets and times. The most important thing is to get your protein in and fluids. You will not have room for carbs. You will not want them. Protein drinks will become your friend. My doctor want 4 drinks a day I could only get in 2-3. Seek out different brands and flavors. Watch the surgar and carb, People working out can have that not you. Sugar will make you sick after surgery. I did me and still does 3 month out. i just read alot on this page and learned alot. Seek out a support group or other tha have had the surgery. Good luck

Having A Weak Moment! Pull Me Back!
I hear ya. I worried about that too. But thank god for frozen stuff I say there it is. It is hard but I love it. I eat alittle of bad foods at times but I truely dont enjoy it like I did. I thought it would be hard. I dont like to watch them eat because the size make me sick, I was a diet coke addict. Dont like the taste any more. With most of your stomach removed you really dont want to eat much. I thought I could do one more diet and not the surgery. I failed.. Alot will go threw your mind it still does for me. But I have came to terms that it was the best for me and my family. Hope things work out for you.

Sleeve's A Secret
I only told a few but the word got out. People see a big change they figure it out. Most are supportive. Some are judgemental.. Oh well I just tell the one that if they cooked for me I wouldnt of done it. That stops them.

Belly Button Incision..
I think this is okay. Your surgeon had to suture it back together. It is like sewing something that isnt flat. It will smooth out later.

Gastric Sleeve Through The Mouth?
Sounds like a different twist to it. Some Doctors try new things. Havent heard of this.

Don't Want To Tell Anyone I'm Having The Surgery
I felt the same. i felt I was doing something wrong, because I should be skinnny if I would just diet. and control my eating. I just tell some people I go out to eat with I am on a very specila diet that is why i cant eat this or that. No questions asked. Tell people when you are ready.

GREAT. We are are with ya. Say good bye to your old clothes is the best thing. Your health will really improve. We all are scarred, it is a big change. My hardest thing was saying good bye to the comfort food gave me. but the surgery helped. You really really dont want to eat. Beleive it it is true, I have to make my self eat. But you will do it. You made it this far.
