OK. So I can seriously eat anything..............HELP!
I am one year post op and I can tolerate most everything however I can eat all of the bad stuff that has all the bad calories in it. It is very tuff to stick to the plan when you can eat fast food and really pretty much anything you want. I have been at a stand still in weight loss since January and this scares me to death. I don't want to stretch my pouch out but I really am struggling with everything. What are some things you all do to keep the cravings down. and what do you do when you have them. I didn't get fat by having self control and now I still don't have any. Any help would be great.

I been counting calories and even tho I can't each as much I still can eat a ton of calories. I have been at a plateau for about three months now. I need some help on how to get back on track.

Overeating
I am right now at a little more than 1/4 of a cup but not near a 1/2. I am still learning when I am full and when I can eat more. I have slowed down eating becuase I was getting sick really bad. I wasnt keeping anything down,. I would eat and it would come right back up. So now I am eating slower. I have found that romane lettuce is much better for me than iceberg and I have to make sure that it is shreeded up but I am excited to eat it again.

Overeating
When do you know that you are over eatting. I had my surgery on Jan 21, 2014 and i am about 8 week on Friday. I am able to tollerate a lot of foods that I am not sure that I am to be eatting. I can eat salad which I was told that I may not be able to eat ever. The doctor is telling me that I should be at 800 calories a day however the dietaitian is saying that I still need to be at 400 calories a day... I am hungery at 400 calories and was not losing any weight. Now that I up my caliorie intake I am dropping weight every week. I just dont want to strect out my pounch and go back to the way that I was. Any ansers would be great.

Freaking Out WHAT HAVE I DONE
Ok so I am two week and one day post op from the RNY surgery. The first week wasnt bad I felt good was down 26 pounds in one week. Life is good. Well now to the second week. Not so sure what I have done. My brain tells me I am hungery, my stomach hurts when I put Water in it or anything. I just had a thought that my tummy will tell me what not to put in my mouth to eat. Yeah it doesnt do that. I have had a couple of moments that i was like WHAT THE HELLL DID I DO.... I just want to eat like everyone else. I want to go to the buffett and eat a ton of food. Then I look at myself in the mirror and tell myself to suck it up becuase you are gona be a HOT MAMA when this is all done. I knew that this process was going to be hard but I miss eatting lol.
