  1. Well it's been about 9 years since my lap band surgery and all I've ever lost is about 25 pounds total and I need to lose like 60 more. As I've been reading the blogs here I did this thing all wrong. It takes me sometimes an hour to eat but I eat and let it go down and then continue to eat until I'm done and I think that is the wrong way of doing this, can someone help? Also I love drinking wine and even though I'm realtively active I need to start utilizing my band the way it should have been done from day one, anyone has any suggestions? Thanks!
