HELP!!! Starting to feel like I can eat just about anything in site. For those of you that have done very well, did you follow any certain diet plan? Getting tired of oatmeal, protein bars, fish, half sandwhiches and soups. I'm finding myself eating other stuff but I feel like I'm eating more than I should. Not because of hunger....just because.
