The Lapband coffee Groups are open to EVERYONE who has had Lapband Surgery or if you’re looking into the lapband process, recently banded, or a long time "Bandster".

This is a great way to find out about the lapband from individuals who have had the surgery and to ask questions or just listen to individuals share their lapband journey experience.

No need to sign up… just show up and if you can’t find the group ask for Tom at the cash register.

If you have any questions before the coffee group please contact:

    Tom – tomander@bell.net

Let’s all “band” together for a cup of coffee!

I'm going to try to show up. I really need some support.

  2. Hi, I was banded with Dr.C. He is a very nice man. He is located in Mississauga at the Plastic Surgery Clinic or downtown Toronto.

I prefered Miss location, upscale and a lot easier to find without the complications of downtown ( paid parking, traffic, etc.)

I highly recommend Dr.Coburn. Give them a call... speak to Sema. She helped me to understand the differences between Slimband and the Lapband... I first considered the Slimband.

He has lots of staff and... they are all very helpful. I was banded in March '12.

Im under 300lbs and losing the weight slowly. This is a lifestyle change. My stomach understands it but... my mind struggles everyday.

    Blessings!

  3. U jus described how Ive been feeling n Congrats!!

My name is Yolande. I was banded on March 8... it's been 10 days n I have lost 15lbs. I'm continuing on a liquid diet but throughout the day I might include something softer ( Soup blending all ingredients). My only problem is... I like to sleep on my stomach n find myself turning trying to find a comfortable sleeping position at night but overall that is sooo minor. I and hopefully, you too will adjust to all the positive changes.

    Let's keep in touch.
