    How Much Time Off Work

I had my surgery on a Tuesday and returned to work full time the following Monday. I am a teacher ... Was a little tired, but chose to stick with it:)

    Question

Okay - I don't want to come across as being negative, but I am getting a little frustrated:(. I was sleeved on 3/9 and I have lost 38# since surgery. I have been busting my a$$ jogging and walking at least 5 days a week. Crossfit is another new friend of mine, but only do it 3 times a week. I have also been watching what I eat, getting my protein in, as well as my liquid in take. Why am I losing sooooooooooooo slow????

    Four Months Out

Wow!!! You are doing great!!! Would love to see some before and after pics:). I am stuck and don't seem to be losing right now... Waiting for the scale to lower once again! Congrats to you:)
  5. Ladies, I am having the same problem... Sleeved on 3/7 and I have been stuck for almost two weeks:(. I am pushing myself harder on the workouts, counting my protein intake and ensuring that I drink enough water/crystal light. Hopefully soon we will push thru this stall and be on the track of losing once again! Good luck!

    Almost A Year....

Congrats!!! I hope I can say that in a few months - right now I am very discouraged:( I am 2 months out and have only lost 28 pounds.... Working out 4-5 times a week and following the diet, but the weight is not coming off like others....
  7. Wow! That is awesome... Share with us what you are eating and doing to get this high of a success:). What was your beginning weight?

    Not Losing Weight

I was sleeved on 3/7 ... Lost 19.5 pounds And have been sitting at the same weight for 9 days now.... So you are doing great if you have already lost 30!!!

To Tell Or Not To Tell?

I only told my mom and one friend.... Since this is a life long change, I am approaching it in that way~ like Vance, I state that I am eating more protein, fewer calories, and increasing my exercise routine. I am currently doing couch 2 5k , so some see me out running. Having the surgery is not the easy way out! We are all still having to work hard to lose the weight and we all deserve the desired privacy while doing it:)

    Stall

I was sleeved 3/7 .... Started out strong and now I'm stalling ... Been same weight for a week now- how do you push over this hump???

    Frustrated!

I want to lose about 80 pounds. I have about 750-800 calories a day .... Most of it is cottage cheese and V8 juice with protein powder mixed in. I feel like I have been following ALL the rules .... That is why I don't understand why I'm not losing more:(

    Frustrated!

Was sleeved on 3/7 and I have only lost 9 lbs..... I am getting my protein in (having a rough time with it), drinking plenty of water and Crystal Light, and I am walking. Why am I not losing?
