  1. The only thing I can tell you is that isopure does count toward your liquid intake. I'll be following this thread for the answers to your other questions.
  2. I feel ya. I'm June 27th. I was good and then suddenly the date is next week and I'm starting to freak out a bit. Our nerves are completely normal (or so I've heard). See you on the losers bench...
  3. My surgery is next week so I'm getting my hair relaxed this Friday. Sent from my iPad using VST
  4. Hope all went well and that you are resting comfortably or walking and sipping by now. Update us when you can. Sent from my iPad using VST
  5. Welcome to the boards. You will find a lot of support here, as well as a Soror or two. Ooo-ooop! Sent from my iPad using VST
  6. You look AMAZING! Congrats! Sent from my iPad using VST
  7. Awesome! Sent from my iPad using VST
  8. Sorry that happened. Praying that all will be well when you go in for your leak test tomorrow.
  9. I don't know anything about docs in Mexico, but I think its bad practice on the part of the coordinator. I'd get in touch with the surgeon and let him know what the coordinator is up to. Give him a chance if your research proves him to be a good doc.
  10. -fit in the rides at amusement parks -not get winded walking up steps -ride a bike -maintain my weight loss -sit on an airplane without spilling in the other seat -sit comfortably in a booth at a restaurant -shop in "non-plus size" stores -have shoes fit comfortably
  11. My official pre-op diet starts on Friday. To ease myself into it I started Lil Miss Diva's back to basics boot camp today. I wasn't that bad. Definitely had some head hunger and some real hunger as I failed to prepare for an extended time that I would be out of the house. But I made it! Let's see what tomorrow brings...
  12. I'm not sleeved yet but wanted to add that you seem really open and honest with yourself. You know what your issues are and are dealing with them. I wish you the best of luck.
  13. I am still preop, but I will have either a protein shake or a Greek yogurt for breakfast.
  14. Tried Target and BJs, no luck. I ordered it from Amazon last night so it should be here next week. Can't wait to try them. Sent from my iPad using VST
  15. Looks good. Question - were you driving? Why in the car? Sent from my iPad using VST
  16. You look AMAZING!!! Congrats on your awesome loss!!!!!
  17. I'm having no luck finding it in any stores around here. I guess I'll order it from Amazon.
  18. Awesome! I wouldn't nemtion it unless you want to. You have worked damn hard to "transform" your body and you deserve the recognition. If they specifically ask on the registration form, I'd be honest, but I wouldn't necessarily volunteer the information. Good luck with the contest. Sent from my iPad using VST
  19. I am so in! I'm actually starting tomorrow, Sunday because my pre-op diet starts on Friday and I want to get the full five days in. I have been in a stall for the past 2 weeks even though I have been watching what I eat and exercising almost daily. Next week I'm going to mix it up with an aerobics or Zumba class in addition to the elliptical. Sent from my iPad using VST
  20. I have it and I love it! It keeps me motivated to move. I now take the stairs instead of escalators and elevators. Always trying to earn the next badge. Definitely worth the money.
