Yesterday was my 5 month anniversary since my surgery. I've lost 107 pounds which includes 38 pounds preop. I am loving this so much! It has definately slowed down but I am losing a pound or two a week and I can live with that!

One week exactly until surgery!! I have lost 24.5 pounds on the preop diet! Today I start all liquids with protein drinks...which means I can't have a salad for supper...Friday starts all clear liquids...no protein drinks! Lord be with me!!
