What is your date??? I will add you all shortly. Day 1 of my pre preop diet is going good. probably had a little more cheese and turkey than i should have but its a huge cut from my normal lunch of fast food from wendys or mcd's. I had cheese fries last night and a chicken cordon blue sandwich for my "last meal" last night. the sugarfree protein hurt my tummy this morning, as i knew it would. But, i packed pepto bismol and plenty of tylonal and i feel good. Thinking about food but i know i can't blow this! i'd love to lose 40 lbs in these 4 weeks of pre opness

spoke with mimi's mom ..... surgery went great. she's doing well. She said shes nauseous but she was getting ready to walk around when i talked to her...!

Still waiting to hear from her. surgery was at 12, its 7:05 pm....Hoping everything went well. I feel lost without my texting buddy lol I'll let you guys know how she is after i hear from her if she is unable to update you. ...

Thanks so much! i already have my RTD protein for the 2 week pre op but im def going to need more so ill just get a tub of it. Planning on doing high protein dinners too. and my shakes are sugar free and i think very low carb . good luck thats great so far!

So, i was emailing the nurse today and i mentioned that i had gained weight. I was 250 in Feb. when I sent my paper work in initially. In april i was 260 when i had the consult with the doctor. And now i'm about 275. food funerals are partially to blame, and i think that the fact that i lost 40 lbs doing weight watchers, then did a juice fast , then started eating bad again...i gained back everything and then a few lbs. The nurse said that since my bmi was 42, and now is 47....he likes to watch his patients over a 45 BMI more closely. So shes suggesting that i start the diet immediately. For the next week and ..6 days? I need to replace 2 meals with Protein shakes (im also going to eat low carb) and then july 24th as scheduled, start the Protein shake (only) pre op diet. Here we go. I was excited to start and now im starting earlier then i was going to!! Wish me luck and im sorry in advance if i turn into a complete bitchy monster lol

we're practically neighbors i'm in south jersey. Longhorn sounds really good. Unfortunately i didn't get to the boyfriend before he had his lunch today so he's thinking something small for dinner. I may be on my own lol. heading to walmart to pick up SF jello and some low carb things to keep me going these next 2 weeks til i have to completely give up everything! oh, and pepto....def gotta get pepto just incase!!!

She said that because my BMI went up that much, since its over a certain BMI (i think 45) I was 42 and now im 47....The doc might be looking more closely at me so i should try to start my pre op TOMORROW. shes advising me to do meal replacements with my shakes until pre op starts....so...HERE I AM! tomorrow, I will start my pre preop diet. shake for breakfast, shake for lunch, and low carb dinner i guess. We'll see what happens. In the mean time im going out for my last meal tonight. Not sure what its going to be yet.... QUESTION OF THE DAY: what is your "last meal" going to be???

She had her endoscopy today and she said she didn't feel a thing ...that puts me at ease since we have the same surgeon 4) QUESTION OF THE DAY!--So, I know this is completely vain, and rude, and selfish ...but im going to go there. I know theres atleast ONE person in your life who you want to look completely hot in front of after you lose your weight...so they think to themselves "wow she lost a lot of weight, she looks great, that bitcccchh!" who is one person you want to make jealous??? I think mine would be my boyfriends step mother. Shes over weight too, or was (haven't seen her in a couple months and she had weight loss surgery , not sure which one)...anyway shes always been a complete b***h to me and when i found out she had surgery I first thought "how the hell is she going to lose that ass" then i thought "i dont want her to be smaller than me" ......now, since im prettier...of course, i want to rub it in her face. She always bragged about her sons (now ex) wife....how pretty she is. But never says anything about her step sons girls, or her other son's girlfriend. So, I want to get completely hot ...throw on something cute and show her that my figure is WAY better than hers! Okay, vent over Who do you want to show off to??
