I eat cucumbers with lemon and salt. I also love lemon in my salad (spinach), ad on fruit. You can also use it for shrimp ceviche.

Still going strong.... Week 2 day 3. I feel so good, and I swear my butt is getting its round shape back.

I am married, and right before I had my sleeve (last march) my husband and I got into a huge fight and it pretty much came down to the fact that he took me for granted and never showed any affection. Well one year later and -96 lbs he is all about showing me how important I am. He has definitely stepped up his game. I'm not sure if its because of the disagreement we had or because of the weight loss, it is prob a little of both. I really dont care why, I'll take it however I can get it.

I have the same problem, I hate the thigh skin. I really am scared to get a thigh life or even a tt for that matter. I wasn't scared for my sleeve, but for those I am terrified.

Ohh... The scale. That is a good one. I think I'll join you in that challenge. I'm 3 lbs away from onderland and have been obsessing over that scale, this just may be the break I need. Great idea, thanks for posting.

I feel you on that one. My bee with the different sizing is that it makes it so hard to shop online. Even when I do have time to go to the stores I have to try every thing on, even same brands because the cuts and materials are different. Never mind it takes me about an hour just to buy a pair of pants. But hey who am I to complain, I could have worse issues. I'm just grateful that I am no longer in plus sizes

I am currently doing it. I am on week 2 day 2. I love it. I love that I can go at my own pace. It's been a while since I ran, so I'm starting out pretty slow. I am doing my walking pace @ 3.0 on my treadmill and the run pace is 4.0. Once I'm done with this one I think I'm going to repeat and do my walking pace at 4 and running pace at 5.

I've always had slight problems with going to the bathroom. However I have noticed since I've started jogging and doing yoga, I'm suddenly regular.
