    Foodlike products

It is possible, I don't drink any Protein drinks. I'm 9 months out and my diet has always consisted of solid Proteins and veggies. In the first 3-4 months I would drink on 1-2 Protein Drinks a week. I feel it is unhealthy to become reliant on protein drinks, but that is just my personal opinion. I do like fruit, and will occasionally eat some. Once I'm at maintenance I will allow more fruit in my diet. For now I'm focusing on protein, veggies and some whole grains. It is totally do able. As far as juicing, I don't think that would provide you with the protein that you need and if your early out protein should be your focus.

    Starting Diva's boot camp today!

@ steelegirl. Your sleeve is still rather new. I'm sure your still in the adjustment phase. I had to focus on one thing at a time. Your weakness could really be from lack of fluids. Maybe you should try to focus on getting in your fluids before you try to tackle the whole protein thing.
  3. You look great!!! Congrats.

    Starting Diva's boot camp today!

So today went well. I'm almost my Water requirement. For Snacks I had some pistachios and a lettuce, turkey and pickle wrap. I've consumed a total of 800 calories. Which is a lot less than my usual 1200 calories. Once I factored in my exercise I'm -500 below my calorie goal, and I feel great, I do not feel deprived at all. I guess the carb calories really do add up.
  6. Truth is I never realized how fat I was until I wasn't fat. Don't get me wrong i still got a way to go to goal. But in my eyes, I carried it well or I really wasn't that big. The truth is I was in denial big time. Truth is I threw up for the second time post sleeve (9 months post op) and I'm not sure if I should log the food I threw up.. Truth is I read a lot of post, but don't respond to a lot. I usually only post replies on updates with pictures. Truth is when a person says I lost 40 pounds and nobody says anything. It's because it prob not that noticeable. I thought it -30 was a big deal, but in all honesty looking at he pictures it wasn't all that noticeable.

    not eating enough

Your still relatively new so it is not worry some that you are able to consume such little amounts. Little by little your body will allow you to eat more.

    Down 50 lbs

Wow you look great!!! Keep up the great.
  20. Well I am nine months post op and down over 90 lbs. This last weekend I actually got to to one of the things that was on my list. I went skiing. I made a total ass of myself and loved every freaking minute of it. I'm so grateful for my sleeve I would have never had the courage to go skiing before.

    My first trail run!

Awesome!!! Keep up the good work. I personally went skiing yesterday for the first time ever. I made a complete ass of myself, but I loved every minute of it, and can't wait to do it again. I would have never done this 92 lbs ago. It is the little things like this that make the sleeve so worth it. Keep on truckin you will get to that tough mudder sooner than you know it.
  22. Lol...you look great. Love the sexy pose. Keep up the good work.
