  3. So a search for seller dbrown1637 to find my listings, gap old navy and target jeans/skirts for sales!!!
  4. Look on eBay for dbrown1637. I'm selling pretty much band new jeans and skirts there that I can't fit anymore!!
  5. Be got some old navy and mossimo, from target. I'd like to get rid of them... Ive only worn them for about 3 weeks. No signs of chub rub at all. I'll be happy to get rid of each pair for $10 each. Email me at stellarchickgr33@me.com and I'll take photos and give more details.
  6. Hey, So ultimately you want to lift about 80% of your max weight for about 8-10 reps 3-5 times. Please keep in mind that form is so much more important then getting 5 sets in. It's the integrity in which you lift the weights that matter. That is how you tone, define build strength and increase your caloric burn throughout the day. Women don't have enough testosterone to "bulk up". Also once you're finished lifting you have about 40 minutes to get good Proteins and Vitamins to your muscles so they can heal optimally. Happy lifting!
  7. Yea I get my hormone levels check very often and they are always within normal rage. The doctors just always say its not your hormones alone that dictate your hair growth. It's the way the follicles respond to the hormones. Ha laser hair removal had been doing its job.
  8. If you brought them from GNC they'll take them back!
  9. Have your regular dr for nexium, that's what I take. Trust me one day I skipped all my meds and I was miserable and realized how important it really was.
  10. Hey try hitting the pain pump as much as you can before the walk, wait a few minutes and then walk it out.
  11. Sf ice pops are delish! But just remember everything in moderation. Just because it's sugar free doesn't mean it's calorie free!
  12. Don't drink mio, it has PROPYLENE GLYCOL in it. That's the same ingredient they use in anti-freeze and other things we should drink. I like some good old fashion lemon in my Water? Or there are these things called nuun tabs, I use them while I'm backpacking.
  13. Wow. I don't think your size has anything to do with finding love. It's the love and respect for yourself that makes people love you. You could be a size 2 and if you don't know how to love and honor yourself, you'll still be alone.
  14. Cigars and cigarettes aren't the same. People tend to smoke cigarettes at any time of the day for any reason. However I nice cigar isn't enjoyed as frequent. Plus there's more of an art/refinement to cigars, like whiskey. I smoked ****** a few days after my surgery. It was enjoyable. Moderation is always key.
  15. Sorry you ladies are struggling with your surgery. I got my surgery on Tuesday. I got sent home from the hospital early because I was doing laps around the nurses desk. I they also didn't keep me on liquids very long, they put me on puréeds day 2. Things that I found help a lot: walking. Drinking fluids very very slowly in tiny sips, otherwise it hurts my stomach when it goes down. And when I'm not walking I'm sleeping. I don't need my pain meds at all anymore. I really think its more mind over matter. Remember why you took this journey to begin with. Slipping on those size 14 jeans and not having the pants marks on your waist when you take them off. Happy journey!!
  16. Wow, a drain. I didn't have one of those. I'm literally 3 days out... You can barely see my incisions...
  17. Everything should be crushed up until 3 weeks post op. your body won't break down anything quick enough otherwise. You also shouldn't be gulping anything. That'll create air in your stomach and become very painful. All of my Vitamins are chewable and everything else will get smashed in my pill crusher. Remember you aren't eating "real" foods because your stomach is healing. Everything should be treated that way.
  18. Go get a vibrator. Or hit the gym and burn some of that off. I myself am not looking forward to that surge of hormones. I already have an elevated sex drive. Oh well! I'll be prepared with my box full o tools!
  19. Yup that's exactly what was happening to me. Keep moving around a lot. Take something with acetaminophen (antiinflammatory) or a stool softener to try and "open up" your intestines.
  20. It's really about to change! Because the air has no where to go. Yesterday I'd take a sip of something and if it didn't cause me to burp half way down then I'd get the hick ups, which were worse. But once I passed gas my entire life changed.
  21. I'm two days out and yesterday I could barely get 12 oz down. Today I'm going much better. I've been farting, I couldn't at first, and that made a world of difference.
