Do you mind if I ask how tall you are? I ask because our starting weight is similar and your current weight is my goal. And 20 more? You look fabulous!!

I have just posted my before and my during photo on my new blog post here: http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/blog/1579/entry-4562-struggles/.
I'm sad I don't see more of a difference. Of course, I think my during picture I should have taken with my arm down. I should try and take another one tonight. I think my face is where I see the most difference.

9/27 is 3 months for me. I've already dabbled with romaine lettuce and raw spiniach and been ok. I ate two bites and had no issues. I've been eating raw spinach and romaine in a half a sandwich, or wrapped with meat and cheese. I'm going to try to eat an acutal salad this weekend. I just make sure to chew really well and remind myself to eat slow.
That all said, I've also had zero issues eating anything... I'm sorta disappointed by that. I have to be on top of it and make sure to not take advantage of that, something I've just realized this week.

I'm with you. I have been stuck now at 52 pounds lost. And my weight is just hardly moving. I'm beyond frustrated. But, I think I too wandered off plan, and didn't even realize I truly had. So, today I'm back on it. I started having that negative voice creep into my head about how this was going to fail too, and I'm just never getting to goal. And started stressing out about disappointing my doctor. I'm working on mentally getting that negative voice out of my head.

Question!! So i went for a pap smear last month and did blood work,I asked my obgyn tht i think i might have PCOS and she said were you told you had PCOS and I said no but its been 10mnths without a period she said Im sure its ur weight,so i told her about me getting sleeved on sept 14th she said tht was good..and my results are good even my thyroid,i had hypothyroid but only took the pills(synthyroid) when it was first prescribed to me which was somewhere in may,Thts not my question,my question is how you guys were diagnosed with PCOS,how did yall find out? What are the signs?
Your doctor, generally your Ob-Gyn, but your regular doctor can do it too... needs to do a blood panel. They will check your various hormone levels, and your glucose levels. There are symptoms that you might see, such as absent or really irregular periods, hair growth on the face, chest or stomach, adult acne, exhaustion for really no reason, mood swings (more than normal), depression... and the list goes on. There is tons of great sites with information about PCOS.
I really like all the information that insulite labs has on their website. I don't use their products or methods they sell, but found their site to be full of some of the most useful information out there for PCOS suffers.

Totally agree with what BenisaMartim4 said! Also, walking will help and making sure you're actually eating enough. My doc said that during the liquid to puree stages sometimes we're not taking in enough calories and protien and as soon as you increase your calories the weight starts to fall off again. I had a stall for 3 weeks, O_O!! Mine finally broke when I started exercising more. I think we're all different. Good luck, stay strong!!

Yes! I just started selling my things on eBay. I price things according to the item, most of my stuff is garage sell priced since it is 'gently used.' And to me, thats what eBay is supposed to be... America's internet garage sale.

For sure not having to negotiate fitting in boths at resturants, the fact that this was an issue before was a huge motivator for me in the first place. Also, clothes falling off because they're too big! Currently, anything in my closet fits either perfectly or too large, this makes getting dressed in the morning so much easier!

Woo! I have most of those items at home right now. I'll have to try that this week!

I have PCOS... and I can tell one big improvement, I'm not longer exhausted for no reason. Next Tuesday I'll be heading to my OB-gyn for the first time post surgery, she's the reason I started down this sleeve path in the first place, so I can't wait to see her and at 50 pounds lighter! I'm hoping she tells me all signs of PCOS are gone... I'm do a backflip out of her office!

B***h please, go make your minimum wage over there, away from me. Shoo. I'm here to spend a lot of money, not be insulted by you.
HA!

Yeah... you certainly did handle that situation better than me too. I would have had something smart alecy to say to her. Really, sometimes people should just mind their own busniess.

There is the single incision spider version of the sleeve where they go in through the belly button... its possible all these celebs when that route.

Once I could handle it, I had egg, chicken, or tuna salad... just put it in the food processor. refriend pinto or black Beans with a dollup of plain greek yogurt (is just like sour cream, only better for you), and some melted cheese. I had laughing cow cheese wedges, and made the famous ricotta bake you see others talking about in this sight. If you haven't discovered it yet check out this blog site: http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/p/links-resources.html

I was the same as some of these folks. Walking is ok for now. I didn't get cleared for gym workouts until 6 weeks out.

I take the Calcium and really like them. Curious to know how the multi-vitamins taste.
