Once I had all my approvals I asked my surgeon for a specific date and he was able to accommodate me. Welcome to the forum and good luck!

It seems that that hernia is common on here, I have seen lots of people that have had it and it was repaired at the same time as the sleeve was done. I think they have a little harder time drinking the fluids at first though because that area is swollen too. But, no worries you are among many that have had the same thing and are doing great now!! Keep sending up your prayers!!

LOL - guess what!?? I do believe I am as silly as they get! Today when I was at the store picking up some stuff I noticed the Miralax on the shelf and remembered that I took some Metamucil the same day as I tried those pork rinds! (I only introduce one new food at a time so I can know if my sleeve is tolerating it or not.) So after that memory blast I am pretty sure it probably wasn't the picante pork rinds but the Metamucil that caused that bloating and those terrible gas pains. Think I will give them another try in the near future here.

I use the Bariatric Fusion chewable ones and they don't make me sick.

Well, I think it may have been that they were Picante flavored. I ate them with chicken salad which I had a couple times in the days before so I know it wasn't the chicken salad.

Natural you already look great, I can't wait to see you in 1 year!

Don't be afraid of the broth or sodium in it, just drink another glass or two of water to flush it out!

How long were you on the ranch for that $$ amount?? Yes, I would definitely do it again!
