    Tummy Tuck In 2 Days -Dec 17th

    Does anyone know about tummy tuck and weight regain, ive been on the fence about it for a few years wondering if I should consider... and has anyone needed a fill after? Also how much weght did you lose after? Any weight regain? How long out?
  2. Another great tip I got is to say the alphabet in your head while u are chewing ur food with each bite. I can tolerate all meats now and I dont get stuck as much any more. I hope this helps anyone having trouble with their band.

  4. And interms of your question it was all of the above. Exercise, fills, low carb, high protien, counting calories and knowing how many calories keep u full... my regimine was between 70-85 g protien, no more than 5 percent fat... 4g or more fiber on carbs. And my calories were 750-1000
  5. Okiekatt.. I have also been counting calories.. I use myfitnesspal.com, thou can scan foods directly in and out keeps a food diary.. I hope u like.

    Im thinking about getting the tummy tuck or a mini one. Im at goal.. my dr. Told me I can get a tattoo where the port will be repositioned.. and that the surgeon will mark the spot. Should I get the tattoo done before the doctor marks the spot since I can feel my port now? Has anyone done this? I went to a tattoo place and I asked them about ink poisoning to which they stated they werent concerned because a lot of pple have tattoos on their arms and they have gotten shots or given blood. Also what about hair removal on a tattoo.. can u shave if u need to? Lastly, how is the scarring? I dont have a lot of skin because I exercise so im contmplating whether I should get it done. Thank you in advance for ur replies on this.
  7. Hi I have been super successful. I find that u just need to find resources to help u acheive ur goals... I cut out my pasta potatoes, basically all the white foods as they call them including bread, I have incorporated very small amounts when I cant resist. I have not had a slip although ive had one tight fill that I needed to lower my cc amount. When I feel stuck I put my arm across the frame of my chest and hold my arm then switch. Ive also bounced in place. If some foods arent holding down I go back to soups. And sometimes I cant tolerate chicken. Just dont give up on trying to eat it again when u feel up to it. I have lost over 73 lbs ive reached goal at 133 but im also 5ft. 0.8 inches. I also do zumba. I feel that this was the best choice for me. And I wish u alk the best of luck on ur journey.
